ランチに何を食べるか決まらぬままに、新宿西口ヨドバシあたりをブラブラしていると、
一枚の看板が目に飛び込んできました。そこには、月一回のスペシャルメニューがあり、
即、入店することにしました。
今回のお店 ◎一竜 西新宿店
ここがあることは、前々から知っていましたが、訪問するのは、初めて。
1階が満席で、2階に通されました。
冷水セルフサービスで、タブレット端末での注文。
◆中洲屋台 とんこつラーメン 550円（限定価格）
麺のかたさ、普通。オプション全くなし( ˘ω˘ )
しばらくして届いた丼の表面は、見るからに、脂ギトギトのスープ、
2枚のチャーシュー、辛味噌、大好きなキクラゲ、ネギ。
麺は、隠れて見えません。
さっそく、スープから。背脂が浮き、塩味やや強め。
嫌いではないテイストです。
麺は、普通の硬さでお願いしたけど、中の芯が残り、カリッとした食感。
あまり、スープは拾わないけど、これくらいで、十分。
チャーシューは、バラ肉を使ったものが2枚。スープを
吸って、柔らかい食感が絶妙。いくらでも食べられそう。美味し。
大好きなキクラゲは、細切りで、コリコリした食感が楽しい。
辛味噌の溶け込んだスープは、やや辛味が足され、卓上の紅生姜を適宜乗せて、
最後まで、美味しくいただきました。
スープは、塩分のことを考え、残しましたけど(^^;
物価高騰の折、このラーメンの通常価格は、820円になったようですが、
毎月11日は、お得に食べられますね。ごちそうさま。
