最近昼から食いたいモードが強過ぎる。
知らんお店行きたいモードも。
何となく歌舞伎町の本日。
あれ？ここ、前は肉まん売ってた中国料理店だった場所？
この韓国料理店いつ出来たの？
お店の方が出て来たので、いいタイミングかな？と入ってみる。

グリーンサラダは、レタスとサニーと？葱と胡瓜の千切りも乗ってる。
ドレッシングは韓国でもないか？
スープは牛骨かな？
コンソメ的なそういう味するから。
好きな味なの。
葱摺り胡麻若布入り。
もやしはちゃんと豆付きの。
凄いもやしの匂いする～。
キムチはほぼ芯刻んだの。
甘くてヒリ辛。
ランチはウーロン茶付くけどビール頼んだから？出て来ず、その代わりに煮玉子？
かなり漢方的な香りする。
そして結構塩味。

和牛！
煮込みだけど汁たっぷりにスープ仕立てになってる。
スープ甘いの。
肉出汁は感じるけど、何味付けなのか？分からない。
牛丼の汁を飲み易い濃さにした感じ？
スジはまだ風味残ってる。
プルプルだらけではなく主に肉。
プルプルは溶ける。
絹豆腐、人参、ニラ、玉葱とか入ってる。

昼飲み店探して徘徊。
つまみは軽く安く希望で、串関係が良いなと。
そうしたら、確か韓国料理屋のここに、焼鳥メニューが登場していた。
前来た時も有ったのかな？
