新宿東口駅から徒歩すぐの九州よしき 新宿東口店は、九州料理が自慢の居酒屋さんです。今回、友達と初めて伺い、馬刺しやホタテバター焼きなどいろいろな料理を堪能してきました。
まずは、お店の定番メニューである「アボカドと生ハム」を注文しました。アボカドと生ハムの相性は抜群です。
串焼きは、「かしら」、「しいたけ焼き」、「つくね」、「豚オクラ巻き」をいただきました。どれも適度に焼き上げられた串焼きは香ばしく、食欲がでます。特に、しいたけ焼きは肉厚で食べ応えがあり、風味が格別でした。
馬刺しとホタテバター焼き
続いて、九州ならではの「馬ユッケ」と「ホタテバター焼き」を注文しました。馬ユッケは、新鮮な馬肉を卵黄と甘辛いタレで和えたもので、初めて食べる友達も満足していました。ホタテバター焼きは、ぷりぷりのホタテに濃厚なバターソースが絡み、お酒にもご飯にも合う一品です。
ボリューム満点の月見ソース焼きそば
〆は、ボリューム満点の「月見ソース焼きそば」をいただきました。麺は太めのモチモチとした食感で、ソースは甘辛い味付けで、卵黄が絡むとまろやかな味わいになります。具材もたっぷりで、最後まで満足感のある一品でした。
活気あふれる店内と丁寧な接客
店内は、活気あふれる雰囲気で、たくさんのお客さんで賑わっていました。店員さんの接客も丁寧で、気持ちよく食事を楽しめました。ただ、店内は喫煙可なので、タバコの煙が苦手な方は注意が必要です。
九州の味を堪能したい方におすすめのお店です。ごちそうさまでした。
