久々に西新宿の大衆ビストロジルさんへ行ってきました。
やはりコチラのお店はお肉が旨い！
まずは熟成豚肩ロースのソテー。この絶妙な焼き加減で美味しい豚肉に醤油ベースのジュレを乗せていただくと堪らない旨さ！しかもこの量で税込1,500円程度とか素晴らし過ぎます。
ちなみに豚肩ロースを待ってる間に飲み放題コースを頼んでいたっぽいお隣のテーブルの男性陣が頼んでいたのを見て追加してしまったのが、国産牛のカルパッチョ。良い感じに低温調理された牛肉にスライスオニオンと削りチーズが乗っています。サッと出てくるし1,000円でこの量この美味しさ！
そして確か仔牛イチボのロースト（だったと思う）。パッと見「あ、火を入れすぎちゃったのかな？」と思って手を伸ばしたら…そんなこと一瞬でも考えたゴメンナサイ！激ウマじゃないですか！
お肉ならココとか言いつつ外せないのはストウブ飯。毎回必ず頼みます。鱒といくらかぁ〜と思ってたのにこれまた良い意味で裏切られます。旨過ぎる！バターソースがこれまた堪らない味変で。絶対食べてみて欲しい。
この味・この価格を維持していって欲しいと思います。
一点だけ、昔+300円だったメガジョッキが値上がりしてたのだけが酒飲みには悲しかったです。笑
