日本酒好きな姉様に誘われ、新宿３丁目。
日本全国の日本酒が揃ってるという事で、調べてあったお店みたい。
以前、新年会でもこの界隈をフラつきましたが、心なしか人が少ない。 お店は沢山あるんですけどねえ (´ω｀)
お店は地下にありました。
店長さん（かな？）に案内され、テーブル席に。
まず、目についたのが 日本酒Book なるもの。全国の日本酒が細かく載っていて、見ていて楽しい♪
お通し
鶏肉と野菜の煮物
写真撮り忘れ。 大根、味しみしみ！
宝石箱（お店のおすすめ）
お刺身１切れづつ６切れ。 １切れは好きに選べるようで、姉様にお任せ。雲丹選択。
その他はお店のお任せで、マグロ、クエ、ひらまさ、マダイ、サバ。
メニューに美味しい食べ方指南が書いてあります。 ドライアイスの演出あり（笑）
因みに最近、雲丹を克服した私。 こちらの雲丹も美味しく頂きました。

有名焼肉屋直伝のハラミ
鉄板に乗り、ジウジウアツアツ！ これ旨〜い♪
タレというか、のってる大根や薬味等のおろしタレもイケる！ これで白飯食べられる（笑）
入店直後は先客１組でしたが、およそ２時間後には満席の模様。日本酒、流行ってんのかな？
今、飲食業界は大変な時期ですが、ぜひ頑張ってもらいたいです。
