新宿三丁目の伊勢丹近くのビル地下１階にある「～47都道府県の日本酒勢揃い～夢酒新宿三丁目店」。
席はテーブル席とカウンター席があります。
テーブルにつくと、名前入りのメッセージが！嬉しいですね(*^^*)
このお店、驚くべきは日本酒の豊富さ。
とにかく多いので迷ってしまいますが、飲み比べセットもあるのでいろいろ楽しめそう。
日本酒初心者や苦手な方、料理に合わせたい方などにもオーダーしやすいです。
日本酒好きにたまらないプレミアムな種類も。
どの日本酒も60ml、120ml、180mlの３サイズから選べます。
この他にも種類がいっぱい。
メニューを見ても決められない場合は、スタッフさんに「おすすめありますか？」と訊くとぴったりのものを出してくれるので頼もしいです。
●獺祭スパークリング ボトル180ml 1,690円
スパークリングの日本酒が好きなのですが、獺祭は初めて。
気になってオーダーしてみましたが、思ったより甘くなくて美味しい！

キリッとした超辛口。

大根や鶏肉の煮物。味しみ染みでやさしい味です。

お店に伺う前から気になっていた宝石箱！
お客様還元率100％とのこと。太っ腹です！！
この中からおまかせで5点、さらに右側の高級鮮魚から1点選ぶことができます。
ガラスの器で蓋をした状態で提供。
その場でスタッフさんが蓋を開けると、もくもくっと演出が！

スズキ、ヒラマサ、クエ、サバ、マグロ。豪華です！！
醤油、ポン酢、塩、山葵があるので、お刺身の種類によって使い分けます。
選べるお刺身は雲丹にしましたが、臭みもなく甘くて美味しい！
これはお得なお刺身盛りです。

テーブルでスタッフさんがバーナーで焼いてくれます。
蟹味噌たっぷりで濃厚♪日本酒がすすみます！！
●川エビの唐揚げ
カラッと揚がった川エビ。止まりません♡
●ゆでたん 990円
やわらかく茹でられたタン。
やさしくシンプルな味付けなので、山葵か柚子胡椒をつけていただきます。
●牛ハラミステーキ 1,390円
某有名焼肉店からのアドバイスにより誕生した商品とのこと。
熱々の鉄板の上に載せられ、仕上げにソースをかけてくれます。
ジュウジュウと良い香り！
特製のタレはサッパリしつつも甘さを感じます。
ハラミは柔らかさもありつつ肉々しくて食べごたえがあります。

旨みが濃厚かつシャープな日本酒。
●濃厚青のり豆腐 690円
浜名湖産のあおさを贅沢に使った湯豆腐。
スタッフさんが「山葵がお好きなら載せてお召し上がりください」とのことだったので、アドバイス通り食べてみると美味しい！
あおさの香りと山葵の爽やかさがよく合います。
豆腐は一丁分ありましたが、ペロッと2人で食べてしまいました！
●鳳凰美田の日本酒シャーベット 390円
日本酒のお店だからこそのデザート。
なんとなく頼んだものですが、すごく美味しい！！
桃が入っているので日本酒が苦手な方でも美味しく食べられると思います。
もう1個食べたい勢いでした。笑
他にも、「獺祭純米大吟醸酒粕ピザ」「鮮魚わら焼き」や日本酒に合うチーズなど、魅力的なメニューがたくさん。
本当に日本酒の種類が豊富なので、お酒好きにはたまらないお店だと思います！
