Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Shinjuku-sanchome. It's a 2-3 minute walk from Shinjuku-sanchome Station. It's in the basement, just after turning around Yasukuni-dori. The exterior looks quite deep. I went there around 7pm on a weekday, and there were 3 other groups ahead of me. By the time I left the restaurant, it was almost full. This is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that offers a selection of sake from all 47 prefectures, and mainly serves Seafood. Treasure box⭐︎ (830 yen x 2 servings) →A 6-kind fresh fish platter, a specialty of Yumesake. The staff will choose 5 kinds from 12 kinds of fresh fish. Today, there are 5 kinds: Hiramasa, sea bass, red sea bream, mackerel, and bonito. You can choose the remaining one yourself. You can choose from raw sea urchin, raw Oyster, salmon roe, and blackthroat seaperch. This time I chose raw Oyster! Isn't the price of 830 yen per person too low?^^; This is a huge deal that is worth the loss (*´∀｀*) And it's a steaming Treasure Box presentation that will impress you✨ ✔︎Grilled fresh fish (290 yen) →You can choose either Kabuto or Kamayaki. I chose Kamayaki this time. This is also a great value for money. I've never seen kamayaki for 290 yen. Of course it tastes great and is packed with meat! ✔︎Salted fresh fish yukhoe (680 yen) →White fish including yellowtail, on top of quail. It also contains seared white fish, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors. ✔︎Crab miso shell grilled (690 yen) → The crab miso is grilled right in front of you ◎ Hot crab miso is the best snack for sake ♫ ✔︎Beef Cow tongue grilled on a crystal plate (990 yen) → We had a fish parade, but this was the only Meat Dishes of the day! Cow tongue seasoned with salt and pepper grilled on a crystal plate. ✔︎Namero chazuke (690 yen) → Aji no Namero chazuke! Wow, this is delicious ♫ The taste of the namero is sticky and rich. ✔︎Various Seafood fish soup (290 yen) → The final dish is fish soup. It contains quite a lot of white fish. After sake, you'll want to drink miso soup (^^) 《Sake》 All types of sake are the same price. Sample (60ml) 340 yen Glass (120ml) 680 yen Tokkuri (180ml) 1020 yen It's nice to be able to enjoy a variety of sake in small sizes. This time I ordered three types of tokkuri. ✔︎Hakurakuya (Miyagi Prefecture) ✔︎Yamori (Tokyo) ✔︎Raifu (Ibaraki Prefecture) I ordered sake from Tokyo, which is unusual. I also noticed Raifu, which is often seen at high-end sushi restaurants. It's rare to have sake from all 47 prefectures. This is a restaurant that sake and Seafood lovers will enjoy.
