新宿三丁目で全国各地の日本酒と和食が堪能できるお店に出会いました！お刺身もおつまみメニューも酒のアテに合うものばかりで大満足でした(^^)
しかもお魚だけじゃなくて、お肉の料理も絶品でした。
日本酒好きの友人に案内してもらい行きました！
場所は新宿三丁目駅からすぐのスタバのビルの地下一階にあります。まさに隠れ家というような感じで、店内は落ち着いた雰囲気。
コロナ対策もしっかりしていて、隣の席との仕切りもあって安心。
テーブルに着くと手書きのメッセージがあって、嬉しかったです！
料理は、一番オススメの
「お造り宝石箱」はSNS映えもしてるし
なにより刺身の数々が美味しすぎました。
おまかせの刺身盛りなのですが、
一種類こちらで好きな刺身を選べました。
のどぐろを注文！
どのお刺身も分厚くて甘味があり美味しかった。
日本酒によく合う。
47都道府県の日本酒は、口当たりなど
味も様々。レアなお酒も多かったです！
店員さん達も優しく丁寧に説明してくださり、ホスピタリティも高いお店です。
ちなみに日本酒マイスターという方に、色々と教えてもらえるので料理に合う飲み方や味もバッチリでした(^^)
あと、茹でタン！
お肉メニューも美味しい。
ホロホロと柔らかいタンと
味付けも良くスープまで飲み干しました（笑）
カニ味噌甲羅焼きは
今まで食べた他のお店よりも
具がゴロゴロとしていて
ツマミに最高の味でした！
炙りしめ鯖は
目の前で店員さんが炙ってくれました！
こだわりの味付けだったので
いつも食べているものとは
違う格別に美味しかったです！
まだまだ美味しそうな料理が
たくさんあったので、
次は生牡蠣食べたいなぁ。
日本酒はグラスの大きさも選べるので、
私は一番小さいグラスを注文して、
色々と飲み比べして楽しみました♪
酔っ払いすぎないように
ちゃんとチェイサーも用意してくれて
優しい心遣いも嬉しかったです。
最後に温かいお茶をサービスしていただいて
こちらも嬉しかった。
そして帰り際に、次回のクーポンを
いただきました！嬉しいポイントですね。
日本酒通の人を連れて行きたいなーと
思いました！
