久しぶりに合う友人と「久しぶりに美味しい日本酒飲みたいよね～」って事になり、事前に調べこちらのお店を予約して訪問！
19時の予約だったのですが15分も早く着いちゃったのに快く応じてくださり◎^^
席に着くなり女性の店員さんが丁寧に日本酒やお勧めメニューを説明して下さります。
日本酒の前にくそ熱い日だったので先ずは生ビールを、、ウメ~!!
キンキンに冷えたグラスにちゃんと管理しているであろうビールでエンジンかかります！
先ずは看板メニューである「宝石箱（お刺身盛り合わせ）」。
六種類の盛り合わせなのですが、五種類はその日のお店のお勧めで後の一種類は「日替わり姿造り、生ウニ、いくら、生ガキ、のどぐろ」からチョイスできます！迷わずウニをチョイスしました＾＾
大好きな田酒を追加し待っているとドライアイスで演出されて登場!!
いや～テンション上がりますね⤴
チョイスのウニはミョウバン臭さもなく甘くて◎
他では鯛が適度なコリコリ感と脂のノリで◎
続いて「ゆでタン」を注文。
タンを丸ごと圧力鍋で柔らかく煮込んだものでお箸で切れるぐらいに！余計な味付けはせず塩と後かけのブラックペッパーのみで素材の味がダイレクトに!こちらもめちゃくちゃうまい^^!!
日本酒をお替りしつつ生ガキの三種食べ比べを注文、生ガキ好きにはたまりません＾＾
3つとも美味しかったですが僕は特に岩手県赤崎産の牡蠣がクリーミーでお気に入りでした＾＾
他にもメニューに載ってない日本酒を出して下さったり、スラムダンク世代なら絶対頼んでしまう日本酒などw
とても楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました^^!!
お魚好き&日本酒好きなら新宿でお店選びに迷ったら隠れ家的に落ち着けるのでおすすめです＾＾
