土曜日の19時30分、予約で訪問しました。
地下に入ってさらに奥に進んでいくので、知ってる人でないとまず辿り着けないです。誰かを連れて行く時は、エスコートできていいです。
入るとテーブルは結構埋まっていました。
お通しはマグロの生姜煮でした。
最初はオススメの鮮魚宝石箱（2人前からの注文）を注文。
そのほか炙りしめさばや鮮魚のゆっけ、生牡蠣、蟹味噌焼き、カツオの藁焼きなども追加でお願いしていきました。
他からも意外と注文がとんでましたが、最初はほぼ2人でまわしてる感じでキツそうでした。でも、料理の説明はきちんとしていただいていい感じです。
日本酒の種類がかなりあって、グラスだとほとんど340円で飲めちゃいます。お客さんも日本酒を数種類飲んでる方が圧倒的に多く、お腹を膨らませるというよりお酒を愉しみながら美味しい肴をいただくスタイルがコスパ良さそうです。
『炙りしめさば』
10分ほどで炙りしめさばがきました。肉厚な鯖を、目の前でしっかりめに炙ってもらいました。分厚めで塩っけも効いてますが、見た目よりさっぱりしていて美味しくてパクパク食べられちゃいました。しっかりサバを堪能できます。
『鮮魚のなめろう』
色んな魚が小さめのぶつ切りで入っていて、どれも新鮮で歯応えも抜群。脂がのっているものが多くごま油との相性もばっちりで、これまた美味でした。
『鮮魚宝石箱』
こちらは2人前からの注文。
お店から選ぶ5種と、こっちからも高級ネタを1つ選べます。
ドライアイスの演出、盛り付けがSNS映えしそうです。（撮り方が下手くそですみません）
鮪、真鯛、鱸、鰤、鯵が2〜3切れずつで、ノドグロは大サービスの5切れ入ってました。
鮪以外はどれも美味しくて、特に鰤の脂ノリと鱸の歯応えが良かったです。1人1切れずつ程度なので、美味しいものをちょっとずつ食べるのにはいいですね。
『蟹味噌焼き』
たっぷりの蟹味噌を、バーナーで炙って提供。
香りがしっかりして濃厚な旨味が広がります。安いのだと臭みが目立ちますが、それもなかったです。自分は普段あまり食べないですが、お連れさんいわくgoodだったようです。
『生牡蠣3種』
北海道厚岸、北海道昆布森、岩手県広田の3種。
昆布森産はクリーミーで美味しかったです。広田産と厚岸産はさっぱりし過ぎていて、もう少し濃厚なものの方が好みでした。
『カツオの藁焼き』
藁を焼いて香りがつくようしてあるので、ほんとに香りが広がります。カツオ自体も臭みがなくて食べやすかったです。カツオ好きいわく、もう少し血生臭さがあってもアリとのことでした。
『マグロステーキ』
サービスで290円でしたが、繊維質でボソボソしているわけでもなく柔らかいです。胡椒とニンニクが効いていて、お箸が進みます。数量限定とのことでしたが、あればぜひ頼みたいです。
日本酒と合わせて和らぎ水も持ってきていただき、忙しそうでしたが気の利いた対応をしていただきました。
