まず、お通しは、マグロの生姜煮
身が柔らかくて美味しかった
注文したものは、

盛り付けも立派だし、蓋を開けるとドライアイス効果でシュワーッとなってすごい！！圧倒されました笑
6種類の刺身の盛り合わせなのだが、ランダム5種類（その日仕入れたもの）と選べる1種類から成る
私はのどぐろを選択し、残りの5種類は鯖や鯛などだった。
のどぐろは塩で食べるのがおすすめだそう！
肉厚で甘くてとても美味しかった！！
どれも新鮮で肉厚で感動的な味でした･:*+.

自分で焼くタイプ！！牛タン、肉厚でコリコリしていて美味しい！！柚子胡椒と合わせるのが最高だった( ¨̮ )
⑤「浜名湖産」青のり豆腐

→すごい！！大きなお皿に青のりのスープ（温かい）に浮かぶ豆腐。青のりを堪能できる逸品でした٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و
豆腐だから一口程度かなと思ったら意外とこれでお腹いっぱいになった笑

獺祭の酒粕をピザソースに使用したピザでこれまた美味しい！！他では食べられない珍しい味( ¨̮ )
お酒はあまり強い方ではないので日本酒は頼まなかったがお料理だけでもこんなに堪能出来る居酒屋さんって凄いな！って思いましたヽ(^0^)ノ
