今日は新宿タカシマヤ辺りで某先生と打ち合わせ 新宿は夜の町の代名詞のように言われてしばらく来てなかったよ〜と言ってもラーメンかとんかつでしか来ないわけだが・・・
という訳で予約しておいたのは 旨い肴でゆったりしてるところ・・せっかくなんでGoToEatから調べて新宿750件 海鮮で133件あるある 日本酒そんなに呑まないけど、全国郷土料理と宝箱とか良さげ〜
タカシマヤから甲州街道 新宿通り 越えて靖国通り沿いのスタバの隣 このあたり路面店が外でテーブル置いてみんな呑んでるよ 路面店は一杯じゃないの 流石は新宿やね
飲み屋さんのビルのB1 降りてからが解りづらい だって壁にお酒のラベルが貼ってなかったらBarとしか思えない 予約してないひと入れないよ〜それが狙いか〜
先ずは宝石箱 お任せ5種類の鮮魚に雲丹をチョイス 折角なので最初は刺身と合う飲み比べセット2種¥680 おねえさんにお任せすると 北海道のニ世古と青森の陸奥八仙 って特別純米酒を出してくれた 日本酒の純米酒 特別純米酒 吟醸 大吟醸 ひやおろし お米の削り方や寝かせるお酒とか完璧にわかったぜ!興味がないとそんなことも知らんのかい なのだ 飲みやすいのと 少し辛口かな
宝石箱は蓋を開けると ドライアイスからお刺身が・・・これはみんな楽しいね 函館の烏賊が氷の上でドライアイスから顔出したの思い出したわ 鱸に真鯛 鯖に平政 鮪 みんな鮮度良く¥860とは 鯖が旨い店は魚旨いの勝手な法則 雲丹も冷やすと美味しい
全国郷土料理は富山のホタルイカ沖漬け 富山県人会としては ホタルイカはお刺身よりもボイルか沖漬け これこれ
蟹味噌甲羅焼きは炙りでこれも魅せますな 炙りのせいか甘み増して良いわ
肉もしっかりあって ハラミステーキ何気に旨いわ 肉汁あるし
全国郷土料理部門からは仙台牛タン水晶焼き 水晶プレートで焼くとうまい気がするな・・・
先生も少し酔っ払い気味なのでサバでチーズ といぶりがっこで締めに入る サバとチーズにいぶりがっこ この組み合わせまた飲みだしたよ ここの鯖旨いわ 鯖にこだわりって言ってたわ
そうそう途中から吉兆宝山にしてしまったが ハイボールとかもあるので
日本酒詳しくない人でも大丈夫 (隣もその隣も日本酒グラス並べてはいるが)
刺し身に合う・・・牡蠣に合う・・・チーズに合う・・・っていうメニューがあるし
日本酒バーで日本酒好きしか行かない店の第一印象だが 旨いもんいろいろある
