元々六本木にお店があったそうですが、2017年にご店主高齢のため閉店。
当時の常連さんだった現・店主さんが当時の味を引き継ぎ、2018年にオープンされたのだそう。
新宿の他にも丸の内にも店舗があります。経営元も同じようなので、多分系列店。
カレーはあまり詳しくないのですが、一言に美味しい！
ここまで名が広まっているのも納得のじんわりと旨みが伝わるカレーでしたね。
・3種コンボ キーマ＆MIX豆カレーコンボ（チキンカレー）：1200円
綺麗な盛り付け。パパドが映えます。（パパドとは、豆や米粉などで作られる塩系スナックのこと）見た目だけでなく、ポテチみたいな感じ。うんまー！！
チキンカレーは強すぎる辛さではなく、じんわりと辛みと共に旨みが伝わってくる…！これはおいしい。
続いて豆カレーとキーマカレーもそれぞれに良さがあって。特にキーマカレーのおいしさがレベチです、うんまい。
・白身魚のカレー：1150円
店名がFISHですから、白身魚のカレーは絶対食べたかったんですよね。
結論として、カレーだけで考えるとチキンカレーの方が好みだったんですが、こちらはこちらで大きめにカットされた白身魚自体がとにかく美味しくて。ふわっふわぷりぷりなんですよ。カレーとして仕上げるとなると火入れの加減が難しいだろうに、技術が素晴らしいなぁと謎の上から目線でうまうまと完食。
