"Sang Douhua" is a long-established Taiwanese douhua specialty store. The hugely popular well-known store has decided to open its first store in Japan. In order to reproduce the authentic taste, we directly import ingredients and equipment, and bring out the taste using the manufacturing method that has been passed down directly from our head office. In addition, in the "Douhua x Fruit" menu, we are particular about freshness and seasonal fruits, so you can enjoy the fresh taste! Enjoy the gentle taste that will make your heart bloom and energize your mind and body!

Taiwan's standard breakfast, soybean paste (shentou jiang). We make our soy milk from soybeans every morning in the store until it becomes fluffy. Soybeans are rich in soy isoflavones and are great for skin care and diet! Pair it with your favorite foods such as fried bread, Taiwanese Crepes, and Onigiri.

Although we are a specialty store for "Sou Douka", we also have other popular menu items! For example, Bubble tea drinks. It is a classic combination with milk tea or matcha, and has a fun texture.
