Gotoしようとしたけれど、圧力によりキャンセルせざるを得なかったので
”ちー”の「勝手に大九州展」(^^ fin
親友からのHelpメール、これは急を要するからそそくさとお出かけ。
店はもう決めていた。ずっと行きたかったここ。
地下への長い階段を下り・・・太鼓に迎えられ着席。
水槽の横、静かなプレッシャーを感じる・・・
まずはドリンク・・・ビールの所に「特大 あります」Σ(￣。￣ﾉ)ﾉ
なんじゃそれ？という事でホールのお姉さんに聞いてみたら「とにかく大きい｣と。
じゃ、それいってみましょうか。食べログクーポンの飲み放題も使えるということなので。
リッター入りですかね？とにかく大きかった。お値段は１ｋちょっと超えるくらいだそうです。
食べるものも決めていた。
この時短営業の関係だろう、さすがに活きいかの入荷は無かった。
そうなると、私の希望はこの横の・・・
とにかく”ごま鯖”が食べたかったのです。
博多でも品切れで食べられなかった郷土料理。
活き鯖を一匹、ごま鯖のタレがついてくるということで一安心。
それと、鰯のぬか炊き。いわし明太はメニューに無かった。
クイックメニューから、男はだまって”ポテサラ”と”鶏皮ポン酢”。
ポテサラは自分で潰すセルフ方式(^^。
小さい卵の殻が混じっていたのはご愛嬌。
もうちょっとジャガイモ茹でてほしかったけど、粗潰しでたっぷりマヨと合えて。
鶏皮ポン酢はお酢が聞いていて味が濃い。
”鰯のぬか炊き”が美味しくて、ご飯欲しくなる味。
つまみに常備したいなぁ。
そしてやってきました、”鯖”。
さっきホールのお姉さんに掬われる際激しく抵抗していた元気な奴。
でも、もう刺激には反応しなくなってました。
早速ごま鯖のタレにつけて・・・
（ ´∀｀） 「おいしい」
甘くて旨みのあるタレ、「はい、優勝！」
醤油は九州の溜り醤油、親友は苦手だったはずなのに・・・
もっと食べたいものが有ったけど、時短営業でこれにて終了。
又来ますね。
