こちらは和牛の小腸を使用
全長40cmのホルモンがツボから登場しそのまま鉄板へ
皮面と脂身の焼き比率などもあり店員さんが焼いてくれました。
見た目から伝わるプリプリ感はまさにホルモン好きにはたまらない味わい。
シンプルな味噌味がお酒も進めてくれます。
あっさり系でいくと刺盛り3種
