昔ながらの製法を用いフランス産小麦を使用した食事パン、フランスで成形冷凍し輸入したクロワッサンやアップルパイなど種類豊富な品揃え。

新年を祝うフランス伝統のお菓子「ガレット・デ・ロワ」。
ワンホールの中に1つだけフェーヴと呼ばれる小さくて可愛い陶器製の置物が隠れており、当たった人は周囲から祝福を受け、1年間幸運に過ごせるとの事。
今回はお菓子だけを楽しむ目的で、1/6にカットしてもらったものを購入。

アーモンドクリームをパイ生地で包み込んだお菓子。
表面の美しい飾り包丁が特徴的。
パイ生地は発酵バターが香り高くサクサク、アーモンドクリームも適度な甘さで美味しい。

中に入っているのは、チョコレートとラム酒を使用したアーモンドクリームとガナッシュを合わせたもの。
プレーンのものとは異なる味わいで、こちらも美味しい。
