Food Exquisite sausage nominated for Bib Gourmand in 2018
The highlight of the food menu is Organic Food homemade sausage without additives, sourced from Sausage Fest in Misato Town, Kumamoto Prefecture, which was selected as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide 2018. The sausages and smoked bacon, simply seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs, made by Ladislav Heidiman, who worked as a manager at the Ambassador's Residence at the Royal Netherlands Embassy for eight years, go perfectly with craft beer.
