同僚と、2、3ヶ月前にオープンした、こちらを初訪問です
伺ったのは平日の夜19時40分くらい、先客は2名！でした
オープンして間も無い事もあり、店内は清潔感溢れる感じでした
料理は、この手の場合、1番大切な新鮮さが良くわかる美味しいさでした
特に【とろレバ刺し（759円）】
臭みは一切なく、クリーミーで濃厚な味わい！脂も乗っており、みんな喜んで頂きました
一推しですねー
【塩もつ煮込み（539円）】
素材の旨味がダイレクトに伝わる塩味ベースのもつ煮込みですが、これも絶品！
レベルの高さが分かります
これだけ美味けりゃ、お酒も進む！
で、結果3人で15,000円弱と、食事もお酒も張り切り過ぎましたwww
