お酒との相性が抜群なもつの串焼きをはじめ、トロレバ刺しやポテトサラダなど全11品を堪能しました。
「もつ煮 塩」は、素材の味を活かしたシンプルな味付けで美味しかったです。
「トロレバ刺し」は、低温調理された濃厚な味わいと弾力のある食感が特徴的で、訪れた際は、必ず食べて欲しい一品。
串焼きの「ねぎれば」は、丁寧に焼き上げたレバーの上に味付けねぎが大量にトッピングされています。
味付けねぎとレバーの相性が抜群でした。
また、「たんもとの串焼き」は、脂がのった柔らかい一品で美味しかったです。
訪れた日は、アラカルトで注文しましたが、メニューには飲み放題がセットになったコースも用意されているので、送別会や歓迎会のお店をお探しの際は、候補の一つに入れてみては、いかがでしょうか？
