新宿三丁目駅から徒歩1分という好立地に位置する ふじ屋さんへ。
こちらのお店は、新宿以外にも、恵比寿、五反田などにも展開しているようです。
平日の19:30に友人と2名で伺いました。
一応予約して伺いましたが、空席はあったので
ふらっと立ち寄っても入れそうです。
店内は明るくて
ザ・大衆居酒屋という雰囲気です。
見た感じ、テーブル席のみだと思います。
店舗は横並びで２つに分かれていて
お手洗いは片方にしかないので
座った店舗によっては移動しなければなりません。
価格帯はリーズナブルだし
テーブルが70席以上あるお店なので
新宿という土地柄、学生さんの利用にはもってこいだと思います。
私が伺った日はサラリーマンや女子会グループが大多数でした。
メニューはモツを中心に
一般的な居酒屋にあるメニューも豊富に取り揃えられているので
モツが苦手でも注文できるメニューはあります。
注文はQRコードを読み取って注文します。
最近はこういったお店が増えている印象です。
店員さんを呼ばずに、すぐ注文できるのは利点ですね。
モツ系はなんといっても
お酒との相性がいいのでお酒が進みますね。
一押しは「トロレバ刺し」です。
低温調理されているレバは臭みはありませんし
ごま油、ネギ、ニンニクを絡めて食べれば最高に美味しいです。
このジャンクな味わいがたまらなく好きだし
ビールとの相性は抜群です。
地味にポイントが高いのは「コーヒー割り」があったこと。
コーヒーが好きなら間違いなくハマります。
今回はアラカルトで注文しましたが
もつ鍋を楽しむコースメニューは３種類（飲み放題込み）あります。
寒い時期に大人数でワイワイ食べるにはもってこいのコース内容だと思います。
