I arrived at Shinjuku Sanchome. Walk down the alley leading from Shinjuku where Suehiro-tei is located. Then, today's destination was on the 1st floor. Noren and lanterns create a nice atmosphere. I quickly passed through the noren and entered the store. There are hangers on the walls on both sides of the table. They put out a basket for my luggage, so I put it there. Anyway, let's toast to each other with draft beer. From your second order onwards, scan the QR code with your smartphone. This is the current ordering style. Cabbage and sauce for appetizer. At first I mistook it for salted squid, but it looks like it would be delicious on a variety of things, not just cabbage. In fact, my companion was dipping it on Grilled skewer. Therefore, even after eating cabbage, it seems better to leave it on. ``Potato salad'' Mentaiko is placed on top of potato salad. It was a slightly salty potato salad for adults, perfect for drinkers. delicious! ``Stewed salted offal'' is light and healthy. The salty offal stew is also nice and light. I also love that it contains plenty of tofu! ``Tororeba sashimi'' is a low temperature cooked product. As a pudding, it's just like foie gras... but it doesn't have the bitterness that foie gras has. The sauce is added from the beginning, so it's delicious as is. There was just one push. Here, I would like to recommend some drinks. ``Lemon Sour'' The top ice cube is Sharikin. In other words, it is Kinmiya shochu that has been frozen into a crunchy texture. Therefore, it is best to stir it well before drinking. I don't usually drink Sharikin, but when I tried it, it was delicious! I can see why it's popular. Now let's move on to the skewers. ``Teppo (rectal)'' is the answer to eating in moderation. We basically shared the food. If you share, you can enjoy a lot of different parts... ``Temple (upper cheek meat), tongue (tongue)'' The temple is soft and delicious. I highly recommend it. The tongue was slightly firm and chewy. ``Shiro (large intestine), Harami (diaphragm)'' Shiro has a bulging, plump feel. Skirt steak has the obvious taste of lean meat. I'll keep going. ``Tsukune, sagari (rib meat), tongue base (tongue base), upper nankotsu (throat cartilage)'' Tsukune is healthy when eaten with green peppers. The crunchiness of the green peppers and the softness of the meatballs are a perfect match. The sagari has a pleasant chewy texture. Tanmoto is softer and easier to eat than tongue. The top part is really crunchy...I love it. ``Kokoro no Stiffness (heart tube)'' It feels like a tube. But it's delicious... it's my favorite part. I also changed the drink for the third drink. I had the Fuji Highball and my companion had the Uji Matcha Sour. Actually, I would like to call Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), but since I was getting pretty full, I ordered the finishing dish. (Sesame leaf Onigiri) This is the answer! Sesame leaves are wrapped in Korean seaweed and rice. It was really delicious. It has a good flavor and the sweetness of the Korean seaweed is a perfect balance. Does it have the effect of lowering blood sugar levels? Even happier! `` Grilled offal Ramen'' I wanted to try this too, so I ordered both to finish the dish. I was surprised by the thick noodles, but it tastes like pork bone soy sauce, but with a lighter and healthier flavor. It doesn't have that bitterness like Ramen at the end. For those who don't like the fat in Ramen, you can eat it without worrying about it. Even after eating it, I had a refreshing aftertaste. It was a feast. I felt more comfortable with the prompt response and attentiveness of the staff.
