Ossu! My name is Kamui Genzo. You can use your full name, but I'd be happy if you could call me Gen-san in a friendly manner. My hobbies are martial arts in general and training. It's no exaggeration to say that these two things are the main focus of my life, but there is one other big thing. It's food. It's about eating. I thought that eating was somehow similar to fighting. With that said, I decided to take on the gourmet fighters of Tabelog world. If I'm going to do it anyway, I want to fight fair and square and aim for the top spot. I have a personality that likes to keep things clear and black, so delicious food is delicious! Bad food tastes bad! I want to be honest. I'm going to write a serious review with no bias, so read it with confidence! [Grilled offal Shinjuku 3-chome Fujiya] I ate some cool skewers and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) hotpot in Shinjuku. Its name is Fujiya. The order was placed from a smartphone using the now mainstream QR code. On this day, we were celebrating the promotion of Gen's junior, so first we toasted with Fuji Highball and Shandy Gaff. The cabbage appetizer was sweet and crunchy, and went perfectly with the sweet miso sauce. All of the skewers were authentic and tasted like the restaurant's special care. The liver had no odor, was soft, and had the best flavor. I made a notch in the dice-cut lever, so it seemed like the fire would pass through easily. The liver was so delicious that I could have drank several cups of it. The heart was also delicious with a nice texture. The skirt steak had a meaty and wild flavor. The sagari was a limited and rare part, so it had a meaty taste. The tongue moto also seems to be a limited and rare part, so I felt like I was eating an expensive piece of Cow tongue at a specialty restaurant. The meat sashimi platter contained three types of meat. I don't think you can serve this much sashimi unless you have confidence in how you handle the ingredients. All of them were soft and had a great flavor that filled your mouth with flavor. It goes great with the grated garlic seasoning and the onion garnish underneath. It's probably cooked at a low temperature, but it's fresh, delicious, and the price is great. I think this is a must-order item. Gen-san will guarantee it, so don't worry! Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) had a lot of ingredients besides offal, including tofu, green onions, cabbage, burdock root, and chives. The soy sauce-based soup had a nice flavor, and the soft texture of the offal and the crunchy texture of the vegetables went well together, boosting the flavor even further. I think you can definitely eat it with rice if you have white rice. That's why I wanted to eat rice, so I ordered TKG. It was topped with white rice, egg, seasoned green onions, and dried bonito flakes. Another good point is that it was more filling than I expected. I ordered ice cream for dessert. It looked more like real ice cream than the usual round ice cream served in a disher. Both the vanilla and hojicha had a nice aroma and were perfect for a palate cleansing dessert. Every dish had an authentic taste and I could feel the seriousness of the restaurant. This was a cheap and delicious restaurant that Gen liked because it was not only delicious but also good value for money.
