新宿三丁目駅から徒歩1分ほどのエキチカ。
お店は少し裏路地っぽい飲み屋がたくさんある通りに位置しており、店内はテーブル席に加えて昔ながらの居酒屋さんっぽい外の席もあります。
お店の看板メニューはもちろんもつ焼き。
と場直送の鮮度抜群なホルモンを仕入れており、串焼きや一品料理、もつ鍋などさまざまな料理でホルモンを楽しむことができます。
このお店の最大の魅力はもつ焼きのクオリティの高さと値段の安さ。安いものだと1串100円台から注文できるという大衆居酒屋顔負けのリーズナブルさですが、味はそれらを上回るクオリティ。鮮度の良いもつならではの甘みや旨味と、ぷりっと心地の良い食感が楽しめてついついお酒も進んじゃう素敵な居酒屋さんです。
本来居酒屋ってこうだよな、こういうのがいいよなと思わせてくれるような、そんなお店です。

●とろレバ刺し
ホルモン推しの店にきたらレバーははずせない！ということで頼んだこちら。朝どれのレバーのなかでも脂肪分の多いものを厳選して低温調理しており、弾力もありつつとろける食感と濃厚な味わい。ネギとにんにく、ゴマ油の定番の組み合わせも原点にして頂点で最高に旨いです。
●ねぎレバ
続いてはレバーの焼き。ネギをたっぷり載せて。大量のネギにも負けないレバーの濃厚な旨味。かなり厚切りなので食感も楽しかったです。
●各種串焼き
こめかみ・ハツ・タン・ハラミ・タンもと・サガリ・シロをチョイス。1本ずつ頼めるのがとても嬉しい。焼き具合、味付けどれもちょうどよく鮮度の良いホルモンを使用しているから臭みなどら一切なく、お酒にも抜群に合うので、これら串焼きをあれこれ頼みつつお酒を飲むのが一番王道に楽しめると思います！
●塩もつ煮込み
このお店の名物商品のひとつ。味付けは、鮮度の良いホルモンを使用しているからこそ提供できるシンプルな塩味。ホルモンの脂の甘みを存分に感じられる素晴らしい一品です。
●レバ煮ラ
タレ浸けのレバーを目の前でレバニラにしてもらえる目にも楽しい一品。こちらを頼むと店内がタレの焼ける良い香りで支配されるので、つられて頼む人が続出するという面白い効果もありました笑
タレの香ばしさ、レバーの旨味、ニラのシャキッと食感が口いっぱいに広がります。お酒も米もほしくなっちゃう必食の一品です。
