お通しはキャベツとネギ味噌だれ！これがめちゃうまなの！そのままつまみにも最適で初手からお酒が進む進む(笑)

こころのこり…心臓管 なんと表現したらいいのか、、面白い食感で塩焼きなのがこれまた好き。
さがり…柔らかさと肉感のバランスがとても良き！豚と思えない感じで牛肉のような旨味あり！
やっぱり忘れてはならないハムカツ！！
