●モツ屋だが、特にレバーが絶品
レバー関連は以下を注文しました。
・串(れば、ねぎれば)
・レバ煮ラ
以下は注文したかったが、直前に売り切れになってしまいました。
・トロレバ刺し
とても新鮮なレバーで焼きすぎや煮すぎずに食べても
生臭くなく、濃厚な味でレバー関連だけで大満足でした。
特にレバ煮ラは、煮込み料理ではあるのですが、
しゃぶしゃぶのようにさらっと表面をあたためて食べられるのではないかと思うほど！
味付けもお酒にピッタリでした。

濃厚なレバーに対比するように
油も少なめのたんもとが特においしい。

盛り合わせを注文、ハツ、上ガツ、タンの刺しでした。
お肉メニューでは最もさっぱりしていてこれもまた絶品。
レモンや柚子胡椒、ネギと一緒にさっぱり食べられました。
・もつ焼き屋のラーメン
ふわふわの脂身たっぷりのモツが入っています。
●お肉のフルコース
お肉ばかりで胃もたれするかな・・・と最初は不安でしたが、
上記の通りいろいろな形でお肉を提供しているので、誰でも満足できます。
