本日は新宿うな鐵 はなれさんに来ました！
買い物帰りに近くの鰻屋さんを食べログで検索しヒット。歌舞伎町の少し中に入った場所にありますが、店内は非常に清潔感あってカウンター越しに焼いているのが見えるので非常にいい雰囲気です。
・肝焼き
苦味と旨みがマッチして大好きな味！
・お新香盛り合わせ
もりもりに盛ってあっていい塩加減！
・筍の丸焼き
こごみ、菜の花がそえてあり春を感じる。筍はシャキシャキで甘みもあって美味しい！
・串巻き
脂が適度に乗っていて外側がサクサクで美味！
・レバー
独特の苦味がいい！
・うな重 特上
大きめな鰻がまるまる1匹乗っていて、脂もしっかりのっていてふわふわの仕上がり。タレは薄味で鰻本来の味わいを感じることができる。
本日は昼からでしたがすんなりと入れて、店員さんがテキパキとしてちゃんとしたお店感が強くて安心感がありました。鰻の内臓の串を食べれるのはなかなかないので貴重なお店だと思います。料理は全てハズレがなく安定感があり美味しい内容でした。ご馳走様です！
