こちらの店舗限定の『ひつまぶし』

今回はランチで来ましたが
他のお客さんは皆飲まれてました
羨ましい
こちらの店舗は初めてなので
ベーシックに『うな重』を注文します

まずは『玉子豆腐』と
『お新香』が届きます
お新香は後に取っておく
玉子豆腐はさっぱりと
うなぎを受け入れる準備をしてくれます
程なくして『うな重』と
『肝吸い』が到着❗
蓋を開けると良い香り～
タレと身が焼かれた香りが
食欲をそそります
鰻は外はパリパリで内は脂乗りも良いが
重たくないので余計な脂は落ちている印象
サクッと歯が入る食感が心地よく
そこから広がる脂の旨味がたまらない✨
タレの甘さはおさえめでこれも印象的でした
お米に多めにタレが掛かった部分も
あっさりしていて
甘さが強いタレで感じる
もったり感が一切なくて
かなり好みのタレでした
肝吸いで口の中をリセットして
鰻とお米を頬張ると
また最初のひとくちの味わいに
戻って何度も楽しめました
