ただ辛いだけじゃない爽やか酸っぱいクセになるラーメンでした
今日は新宿東口に携帯の修理に。
天気が良いからテラス席で食べたいなぁ〜と考えながら
自転車を西武新宿線側に停めていたのでサブナードを通りながらランチをどうするか考えていると
出会ってしまいました
〜AFURI 辛紅〜
AFURIは22歳くらいの頃
恵比寿にAFURIが
開店しバイクでよく恵比寿本店に食べに行ってました。
柚子の香りが爽やかな無添加ラーメンは、その当時新鮮でした。
今で「ミシュランガイド2017」
一つ☆に選ばれる実力店にまで成長。
そのAFURIが辛紅という
辛さが売りのラーメンを新展開。
券売機でチケットを購入しコの字カウンターへ。
赤×黒のオシャレな店内です。
柚子辛紅らーめん 980円
Yuzu Kara Kurenai Ramen
着丼すると真っ赤なラーメンに心奪われる。
「唐辛子」の辛味と「和山椒」の風味、
「柚子」の爽やかな香りに、酸味。
ベースは鶏清湯と白醤油だれが辛さの中に旨味を出している。
山椒が練り込まれた自家製細麺もパッツン麺で歯応えよく美味しい。
コラーゲンと旨味たっぷりのチャーシューや、シャキッとしたメンマ、半熟卵や葱が相まって「これは美味しい！」とクセになる味です。
丼のフチに付いてる柚子辛紅醤や卓上の山椒辣油、生姜林檎酢で味変をすることで最後まで美味しく頂けました。
テラス席で素敵なランチを〜とは程遠いですが、美味しいラーメンと出会えました！

注文したのは
・辛紅つけ麺
辛さはオススメの中辛「四丁目-覚醒の阿夫利神社-」
選べるチャーシューは鶏チャーシュー、麺も選べ山椒手もみ麺にしました。
丼のフチに付いてる柚子辛紅醤や卓上の山椒辣油、生姜林檎酢と、前回は確かなかった？
激辛どろ辣油とゴールデンスパイスで味変をすることで最後まで美味しく頂けました。
ちなみにつけ麺なので、スープ割を店員さんに頼むと、トックリでもらえます。
スープ割りはどこにも記載なかったので知らない人はそのまま帰っちゃうかも？
店員さんは常に動いており、手があいた時は掃除をしたりとしているせいか店内はかなり綺麗です。
混ぜ麺も気になるし、また刺激が欲しくなったら行きまーす♪
