魚も揚げ物も、全てを飲み込む『大きい焼きおにぎり』
"炭火焼き鮭"と"ホタコロ"の定食で元気チャージ
料理・雰囲気共に安定感抜群の魚金グループ。
その魚金の定食業態であるこちらは『ぶりしらす丼定食』や『生姜焼き』がオススメですが、一番の推しはほとんどのメニューに付いてくる『ホタコロ（ホタテクリームコロッケ）』です。ホタテとクリームの甘みのコラボがたまりません♪
さて、今回は初めて焼き物の『本日の炭火焼定食・鮭（1,200円税込）』を注文。着丼早々、鮭の身の厚さと食欲そそる焼き色に興奮！大量の大根おろしも有難いですね。
ふっくら焼かれた鮭は皮目までしっかりと味わいを感じます。これも推しになりそうです。

新宿駅西口のランチでかなりお世話になった飯場魚金さん。初めてディナータイムに訪れましたが、ランチ同様にクオリティの高い品々を頂きました。
⚫︎名物！カツオわら焼（1,080円税込）
⚫︎マナガツオと白子の天プラ盛り（1,080円税込）
どれも美味しく頂いた後に注文したのは、〆の『大きい焼きおにぎり（380円税込）』。これが本当に大きくてびっくり！それを目の前の焼場で丁寧焼いてくださるので醤油の香り、カリカリ触感がたまらなかったです♪
なお、夜はサービス料が5%発生します。
