【新宿三丁目駅 徒歩2分】點水樓 新宿本館はおかげ様で､今年の三月に三周年を迎えました。
點水樓の定番料理といえば、天然野菜を使った皮が薄く透き通る「七色小籠包」をあげられますが、新宿店限定メニューの「フカヒレ姿煮と芙蓉あんかけチャーハン」は、江浙料理の繊細な味付けをベースとした高級な絶品です｡
また、脂もしっかり煮って、柔らか食感のディェンシュェイカオファン（點水樓特製の豚角煮）がシェフたちの腕が光る一品です｡
