住友ビル48階から2階に移転したそうです。
お店に入ると、右手に通路が延びて個室が並んでいました。
個室は、出来たばかりなのでとてもキレイです。
窓は無し。ビルの構造上こうなってしまうと思います。
注文したのは、6月の献立コースです。8000円+サービス料10%、消費税。
前菜盛り合わせ。
お椀。鱧真丈と鯉濃汁のどちらかが選べます。鱧真丈にしました。
やわらかで箸がスッと通る真丈でした。
刺身は、鯛、鱧、湯葉。
煮物は、京都上賀茂産の加茂茄子煮。優しい薄味。
焼き物は、季節感のある鮎。長野県天竜産。
小ぶりで、骨ごと食べられますので、頭以外はそのままいただきました。
国産牛ローストは、筋もなくおいしかったです。
ご飯が、鱧の炊き込みご飯でしたが、個人的にはこれが一番好きでした。
粒山椒が入っていて、山椒がきいた炊き込みは珍しいと思いました。
デザートは、葛切りと果物。
もう満腹ですが、最後にお抹茶も1杯いただけました。
お抹茶の香りに癒されました。ラストにコーヒーではなく、お抹茶というのは最高です。
接客も皆様丁寧ですし、完全個室でプライベートな時間を楽しめました。
大事なお客様との会食でも安心して使えると思いました。
