コロナが空けて3年ぶりに接待にて初訪問。新宿住友ビルの大リノベーションにて、美濃吉さんと北大路さん、エスカイヤクラブの3店舗のみ、エスカレーターで上がった2階にありますので入口から特別感があります。
今回は19名と大人数だったので一番奥の広いお部屋。調度品もステキで広くて気持ちの良い部屋です。
最初に盃に注がれた日本酒？と思ったら桜湯お上品ですねえ。
お料理はもちろん文句なく美味しく、味付けも薄目で繊細。説明などできません。
やはり日本料理には日本酒が合うのでビールの後から日本酒をオーダー。1合のオーダーなのに大きなボウルにしつらえもそれられ、きれいな竹筒から日本酒を注ぐ。これが美味しくないわけがないですね。
お酒は結構高いので驚きましたが、お料理のコース料金は1万円台からあるので個人での訪問でも利用できそう。接待や特別な日の食事には完ぺきなお店です。
