ニララーメンを食べに
ジェイジー(フリーペーパー)の表紙を見て、連れが是非食べたいとの事で２度目の訪問。
ニララーメンは1,200円らしく、普段ない価格のため券売機で他のメニューの組み合わせで購入。
ご覧の通り全くスープすら見えない量のニラがぎっしり。
中央に卵黄が乗っていて混ぜて食べる仕組み。
表面にチリチリと音がするほどの、熱々の油？をかけての仕上げのため、また良い感じに薫り漂う一杯でした！
味は勿論…美味い！
是非一度試して欲しい一品です。
あと、お水が銅のカップのため冷え冷えで最高に美味い！
夜の店だけあるね。
但し、一点だけオチが…
3人で11:40に行って２番乗りでしたが、私の分一杯しかニララーメンは、材料が無いため今日は作れませんと…チャンチャン

It's been a while since I had lunch in Golden Gai. Aiming for my own theory. It's already before noon, but there are drunk people singing Karaoke. It's nice. It's important to take a break after working hard. Well, when I arrived, there was no wait. I bought a soy sauce Ramen from the ticket machine. After waiting for 7-8 minutes, the bowl arrived. It was a bowl packed with noodles. It was a deep inverted cone-shaped bowl. The thin but firm straight noodles were delicious. The soup probably contains ginger, so it had a good flavor and warmed the body. The chopped onions were also good♩ A bowl filled with a lot of ingredients was impressive. I finished the bowl thinking that I'd like to try the dandan noodles next time. While I was eating, only girls came into the restaurant and the restaurant was full.
