This is a new Ramen shop in Shinjuku Golden Gai. The gentle taste of the chemical-free carbonated water soup and 100% domestic wheat noodles.

新宿のラーメン屋。
新宿駅から10分ほどの場所にあります。
新宿の中でも特にディープな界隈である、
ゴールデン街の奥地に隠れ家的に佇む。
平日の13:30頃行き、先客なし。
程なくして2名の来客。
平日であれば結構空いてますね。
店内はバーのような空間。
店主はちょっと無愛想。
本日は前から狙っていた以下をいただきました。
✔︎ニラ麺（1250円）
5分ほどで到着。
森の中に月でも浮いてるかのような、
もはや神秘ささえ感じるビジュアル✨
一面に広がるニラは麺はおろか
スープさえも覆い隠します(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)
ニラを丼に乗せた後、焦がし胡麻油を
かけて仕上げているようで香ばしさもある。
その他、鷹の爪、角切りチャーシューと
シンプルなトッピングで、
とにかくニラに振り切っている印象。
ニラは丸ごと1束使っているようです。
麺は細麺ストレート、
ちょいパツ系で食感がかなり好み。
スープも意外にもかなり正統系で上品な感じ、
淡麗の醤油清湯スープといった印象。
そこにニラと焦がし胡麻油で
すこしジャンキーが加わる
独特な仕上がりになっていてこれは旨い♫
スープから察するに王道の醤油や塩も
多分しっかり美味しいんだと思う。
