This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can enjoy authentic Kyushu cuisine such as horse meat and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) while staying in Shinjuku. We also have karashi lotus root purchased from Kumamoto, Nakatsu fried chicken, and Miyazaki's famous chicken nanban. We offer four types of horse sashimi: fillet, lean meat, double egg, and loin, and depending on stock availability, you can also enjoy the rarer part of tategami. Enjoy with Kumamoto's Minato soy sauce. We are also proud of our fresh fish, and we recommend the yellowtail sashimi, ponzu sauce, and sesame dressing. You can also enjoy Kibinago sashimi caught in Kagoshima.
