新宿の美容院帰りに入った個室居酒屋さんです。
入り口で検温＆消毒、席にも消毒が用意されていて今のご時世やっぱり安心ですね。
乾杯はシャンディガフ、卓上のタブレットでセルフオーダー
ディナーピークより少し早い時間だっからもあるけど、オーダーして1分後には提供されました！
この速さは喉が渇いている時や仕事帰りに嬉しいですね。
合わせるお通しは、ワカメとカニカマの中華和え
このセットがあるからこそ、落ち着いてメニューを選べるってもんです。
たっぷりの枝豆を食べつつ、まずは北丸の海老マヨネーズをオーダー
カラフルな盛り付けでオレンジが添えてり、フルーツサラダに近いかも
海老がプリプリでマヨ和えだけど、さっぱりいただけるので女子ウケしますよ！
海老好きだから、続けて蓮根と海老挟み揚げ
衣サクサク、レンコンの歯触りに海老入りの練り物が挟まって
お酒のつまみにぴったりです。レモンを絞っても美味！
メインは黒毛アンガスザブトン。筋が少しあったけど岩塩をつけると甘く美味しい部位でした。
特にサラダを頼まなかったけど、料理彩りのレタスやトマトが添えられているので私としてはそちらで充分でした。
居酒屋メニューではあるけど、ひとつのひとつのメニューが考えられてるなって印象ですね。
スピードメニューやドリンクは、素早く。料理は丁寧な作り。
若いスタッフさんでしたが、敬語もしっかりしていたし気遣いもできていました。
掘りごたつ席の個室だし、多少賑やかなグループが居てもゆっくり寛げます。
入って直ぐに靴を脱いで靴箱に入れるので、その鍵を無くさないように気をつけて！
