新宿三丁目直結のH&Mのビルにある懐石料理のお店。少し早いクリスマスディナーに連れて行ってもらいました！
クリスマスに懐石料理って素敵です。まるでお姫様気分の接客に少しドキドキしちゃいましたが、完全個室なのでお作法を知らなくても安心して利用出来ました。
・エクストラコールドのハーフ＆ハーフ
何が半分ずつなのかな？って思ったら、普通のビールと黒いビールを割ってるみたいでした。香ばしくって飲みやすかった！
・先付 八幡平サーモンの麹漬け むちむちの濃厚なサーモンはニジマスだそうです。
・八寸 アオリイカをイカ墨で食べるの初めてでしたが、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
・椀物 冬のお鍋をイメージした擦り流し！薄氷大根の下にはずわい蟹とか蟹味噌豆腐が隠れていて可愛いです☆
・造里 真鯛と寒鰤の藁焼き 紫色の大根おろしに酢橘をかけたらピンク色になってびっくりでした！
・焼物 銀鰈粕漬けには柚子の香りの大根おろしが付いててさっぱり食べられました。
・温物 黒トリュフの茶碗蒸し！刻んだ黒トリュフがいっぱい入ってました！
・強肴 黒毛和牛と聖護院大根、胡麻豆腐 揚げた葱の香りが良くってお肉も柔らかかったです。
・御食事 ここでしか食べられない、いわて純情プレミアムひとめぼれで炊いたふぐの炊き込み御飯！目の前で混ぜてよそって下さいました！ふぐがいっぱいで幸せ！
・香の物・止椀は赤出汁でした。
・甘味 永遠という名のシャンパンを使ったソルベはクリスマスにぴったり！
もう、全部美味しくて、改めて和食の良さを気付かせてもらいました。しかも和食ってワインでも合うんですね！今度はちゃんとお作法を勉強して、いつかママを連れて来てあげたいです☆
