先日、近況報告も兼ねて友人とランチ。
お互いアクセスの良い新宿で会うことに。
ゆっくり懐石料理を楽しめると伺った【新宿 星のなる木】に伺ってきました。
場所は伊勢丹前のH&Mが１Fにあるレインボービレッジの9F。
今回は、山海の幸をバランスよく楽しめる昼のスタンダードな懐石ランチ【昼懐石 百花繚乱】をお願いしました☆
☆コルネラーナ
乾杯はチリのスパークリング♪
☆八寸
秋の旬が詰まった見た目も美しい八寸。
・里芋柚子味噌田楽
・出汁巻き玉子 なめ茸卸し
・名残鱧の南蛮漬け 細葱
・長芋とエリンギの磯ジュレ掛け
・三陸ふぐの唐揚げ 檸檬
・干し豆腐の利休和え 胡瓜 椎茸 茗荷
・菊菜と京揚げのお浸し 菊花
・秋刀魚と牛蒡の有馬煮
・南瓜団子 みたらし餡
どれも季節を感じるお料理で、和食らしい優しいお味。
特に里芋柚子味噌田楽、秋刀魚と牛蒡の有馬煮がお酒にも良く合って美味しかったな。
☆梵 gold 純米大吟醸
透き通るように爽やかで柔らかな味わい。
おちょこは好きな物を選ぶことが出来ます。
☆温物
黒トリュフの茶碗蒸しは、餡が濃厚で美味しい♡
黒トリュフの香りがたまりません♪
☆造里
この日の鮮魚は真鯛。
真鯛ももちろん美味しいのですが、徳川家康にも献上されたという静岡県有東木産の本山葵が美味。
☆吟麗 秋さがり
スタッフの方オススメのこちら。
しっかりとした旨味にキレの良さが特徴的。

・焼物 秋茄子の鴨焼き 千枚大根
・煮物 鮪頬肉の甲州煮 貝割
・温物 秋鮭の薯蕷蒸し 茸餡掛け
・揚物 舞茸と獅子唐の天麩羅
・強肴 若鶏の木の実焼き 香味野菜
主菜は、ご飯と赤出汁と香の物と一緒に。
ご飯はいわて純情プレミアムひとめぼれ。
お酒にもご飯にも合うメニューばかりでした♡
特に若鶏の木の実焼きが美味しくて好みでした。
☆甘味
讃岐和三盆の滑らかプリン。
最初はそのままで。
和三盆の優しい甘みにほっこり。
その後はカラメルを掛けて。
香ばしいカラメルと頂くと、和三盆の優しい甘みが際立ちます。
目にも美しい懐石ランチは充実の内容で、ゆっくり会話を楽しみながら美味しく頂くことが出来ました☆
周りのお客様も女性同士ばかりで、女子会ランチにぴったりです。
お酒の種類が多いのも魅力的でした。
