新宿駅で落ち着いたお店というと中々選びにくいなと感じる新宿初心者です。
こちらのお店は伊勢丹近くにあり、明るく高級感ある店内で懐石がいただけます。エレベーターを登るところから心躍ってしまいました。
頼んだのは百花繚乱ランチです。
飲んだものはNo.6(2019 X-Type)、酔鯨、作、播州一晩。どれも大好きなお酒です。
料理は全て綺麗に盛り付けられており、献立には調理法まで書かれているため、インスピレーションをたくさん受けました。趣味で料理をするため、外食からは度々着想を得ています。
サービスも中々のもので、物腰柔らかな初老の男性にお世話になりました。
ごちそうさまです。新宿店も素敵でしたし、他の店舗へも行ってみたくなりました。
