今回はシュラスコ付きプレミアコースを予約。
90分と3時間コースがありますが
90分だと肉寿司のお替わりは1回出来るか
どうかだと言われ3時間コースに変更。
肉寿司&肉てまり寿司の盛り合わせは
赤身肉や鶏むね肉、鴨ロース、生ハムの
盛り合わせで真ん中にタレが付いています！
酢飯は酢がけっこう強めな味わいです。
2回お替わりしてお腹いっぱい食べました！
自慢の2種のシュラスコセットは
豚肉と牛肉の2種類で豚肉は
あらかじめ皿に盛られて提供され
牛肉は卓上で切っての提供でした！
どちらもちゃんと焼き立て感があり
