値段は高いが、ブランド豚の味は肉の甘みが強くヒレでも十二分に柔らかく、豚自体の厚みはかなりあるし、ご飯も土鍋でこだわりが強く、この値段は納得。
ダイヤモンドポーク(ヒレ)3個:¥5,800と、走る豚(リブロース):¥4,700を注文。
とんかつ百名店に名を連ねるKatsuプリポーに、値段が高いがどんなものかと思いながら予約して訪問。
店はザ歌舞伎町、の場所にあるw
席に着くと、部位によってある肉とない肉があるとのこと。
つまり、この店は
①肉の部位を選ぶ
②どのブランドがあるか聞く
③オーダー
となる。
今回はヒレのダイヤモンドポーク(千葉県産)、リブロースの走る豚(熊本県産)を注文。
ちなみにロースは東京Xなどメニューに載ってないブランドがあった。
オーダーされてから揚げるのか、先に突き出しのキャベツと野菜浅漬けがくる。
つまみながら待つことしばしで、まず土鍋で炊かれたご飯がくる。
うーん、ご飯が輝いているw
待つことトータル15分ほどでお待ちかねのとんかつが着丼！
衣はそこまで一般的なとんかつと変わった様子はない。
ヒレは低音調理なのだろうか、赤みが強い。
まずは何もつけずにパクつく…
肉が甘い(*´꒳`*)
これまで食べたトンカツの中でも、いも豚や霧島豚と同じくらいの甘い。
これは美味しい！
次にリブロースの走る豚をパクり…
うわっ！脂の甘みが強いのに赤身はあっさり！
これはリブロースの特徴なのか？
一緒に食べることで脂と赤身が口の中で調和されてとても美味しい(*´∀`)♪
ここは値段が高いから味も当たり前に美味しいと口コミで書いてる人が多いが、そうではないと思う。
値段が高いのはブランド豚を厚みを持たせて切っているし、ご飯に代表されるが全てにこだわりを持っている。
そういう意味では高いがそのクオリティのトンカツを食べられるお店だろう。
マンガリッツァや東京Xなどのハイブランド豚もあり、それなりの値段がするが、クオリティは悪くないと予想できる。
このレベルでこの値段は当たり前だと感じた。
ただ、やっぱり美味しいものをいかにコスパよく食べれるか、を評価しているので、この点数としたい。
また、来たいと思うレベルだが、高いのでまた折を見てww
