A stylish yakitori restaurant located in a great location, 1 minute from Shinjuku Sanchome Station, a short walk from Shinjuku Station, and close to Kabukicho. This is one of the restaurant complexes called Shinjuku Yokocho on the 1st floor of the Tops House Building. It appears that Nonotori, a Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant originally popular in the Kansai region, has opened in Tokyo for the first time. Being a Yokocho alley, there are many different shops, but there are counter seats and table seats, and even though it was a weekday night, it was quite crowded. There are a variety of delicious-looking a la carte dishes, including Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). The drink menu is also extensive. Orders are placed on a mobile order system using a QR code. [b:■Premium Malts Fragrant Ale (620 yen)] First, let's toast with beer. Personally, I like fragrant ale, so I'm glad. By the way, the otoshi was an unusual otoshi (350 yen) that went well with Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), but it was very delicious. Free refills. [b:■ Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) 5-skewer set (2,500 yen)] A great value set that includes an appetizer, tataki, 5 skewers of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), chicken soup, and dessert. The quality of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was higher than I expected, and it was great to be able to try 5 recommended types from different genres! The appetizer was furofuki radish, and the dessert was yogurt sorbet. [b:■Zucchini, mini tomato, and mushroom skewers (300 yen each)] I ordered these three from Sosaku Kushi. All of them are delicious with Western flavors. Personally, I recommend zucchini. [b: ■Caramelized liver pate (780 yen)] A dish made of liver coated with caramel. The rich patty and the bitterness and sweetness of the caramel are a perfect match. [b:■Potato salad and Prosciutto mille-feuille (680 yen)] Prosciutto is literally sandwiched between the potato salad, and it has a perfect balance. Olive oil also goes well. [b:■ Negi Dokkan (880 yen)] A dish with a large amount of green onions on top of chicken sashimi. Not only is the chicken sashimi itself delicious, but the spring onions have a crunchy texture, spiciness, and seasoning. It seems to be a popular item, so you should order it early. [b: ■Kiwi Sour (680 yen)] I was drawn to the delicious-sounding wording of "Suijin Sour & Cocktail" and ordered it. It has a crisp taste and is extremely delicious. [b:■Mini Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) bowl TKG (690 yen)] The final dish is Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) bowl with a combination of thigh x meatball x egg yolk that will make you salivate. The sauce mixes well with the rice and is the best. [b:■Fresh Bolognese Pasta (1,200 yen)] Thick flat noodles and large pieces of meat make it a satisfying meal. Needless to say, the taste is delicious. All of the dishes were of a high standard, and I ended up eating way too much. The staff was friendly and I was able to enjoy my meal. I was very satisfied with this restaurant this time, but since it's located in Yokocho, it looks like it would be fun to go drinking while walking around. It's located in an easy-to-reach location, so if you're in the area, you'll want to stop by again.
