新宿でミーティング後、同僚と今後のための会議という名目で、ただお酒が飲みたいが為に来店。
来店してまず綺麗さに驚きました。
店内の隅から隅まで、汚れが全く見つからず、丁寧に掃除されてるのが、伺えます。
まずは一杯。といっても、その後も仕事があるので、本当の一杯。
翠というジンのソーダ割りを注文。
当方、過去にお酒を作ることがメインの仕事をしていたので、割り方がベストで素晴らしかったです。
珍しい酒肴盛り沢山の郷土酒肴五種盛りを注文。
こちらの店舗の料理は全て盛り付けが綺麗で、色彩豊かです。見るだけで楽しめます。
個人的には五種の中で、うざくという鰻と胡瓜の和え物が、ホクホクの鰻の旨味とと冷たい胡瓜の食感が合わさって、最も美味しかったです。
逸品からは、まぐろとアボカドの串カツを注文。
絶対間違いない組み合わせを串カツで味わうのは初めてです。
マグロだけで食べるも良し、アボカドだけで食べるも良し、合わせて食べると尚良しと、3種類の楽しみ方があります。
炙り焼きからは、車海老鬼殻焼きを注文。
豪快な車海老を、洋風なチーズ？のソースと共に、バリバリと食べるのは、ヤミツキになります。
間違いなく名物の和牛三種盛りを注文。
ミディアムレアの柔らかなお肉は程良い噛み応え。
岩塩(つけすぎ注意)とワサビでいただけます。
美味しいお肉に間違いない調味料2種類どっちでも美味しくいただくことができました。
