土曜日の所用の前に一人でランチを予約。突き出し、初カツオのポン酢合えから天ぷらへ。カツオはたたきではなく、生だったがとても美味しかった。天ぷらは衣が少なめで素材の味が十分に楽しめる。どれもとても美味しく、天丼をオーダーする前に、海老、野菜３種を追加。たらの芽、ふきのとう、アスパラの中で特にふきのとうが美味だった。海老もコースの最初に出た巻き海老より大きく食べごたえがあった。ドリンクは黒烏龍茶をオーダー。7050円だったが納得の味と価格。
カウンターの調理人の接客は帰る際の挨拶が無かったのが残念。
