I always use Tsunahachi's Shinjuku main store and Takashimaya store, but this was my first visit to Tsunahachi's Hazuan. It looked luxurious from the entrance, the interior was spacious, the counter was spacious, and the atmosphere inside was very nice. . . Normally, the main store and Takashimaya store would show you the ingredients that were going to be fried, but there was no system for that, and they suddenly brought them out ahead of time, but it turned out to be an ingredient that I had an allergy to and couldn't do it (I also told them about my allergy when making the reservation). Even though I had told them the ingredients and they asked me to confirm before the course started in the store, I told them that I couldn't eat it due to an allergy, and they replaced it with something else. It also contained ingredients that I was allergic to, so when I told them that, they used chopsticks to remove the ingredients I was allergic to and served them to me. It started with a rather disappointing response. I started with prawns, but at first glance, I realized that they were much smaller than the other Tsunahachi prawns... ? I thought that the other sizes were also quite small. I went for the most expensive course, but the sea urchin seaweed rolls had a smaller amount of sea urchin than other restaurants, so the sea urchin rolls were thinner. . . I thought this was the wrong restaurant! Compared to the main store and Takashimaya store, everything was small, and the conger eel was so small that I couldn't believe my eyes lol.The paper under the tempura didn't change until the end, so the paper was soaked with oil, so I... Could you please put new paper on it at the conger eel stage? That's all I asked. And this is a side note, but two seats apart, a young couple ordered sea urchin seaweed rolls.At that time, I was sitting right in front of the fish market, so I happened to see the scene. When I cut a sea urchin seaweed roll in the middle with a knife, the sea urchin came out. I tried my best to stuff the sea urchin into the tube-shaped seaweed with chopsticks, but since it was so thin, it didn't fit in properly and the sea urchin only came out with a little bit of sea urchin sticking out. It's a huge seaweed roll. I put too much in and it came out because I was serving it to an old man and a young girl! ', he said. I almost burst out laughing lol I don't think I'll use it again in the future because I was offering it as a service that was made up of people who failed. The female staff member was nice, but I was disappointed when I saw the cook in the frying area.
