I made a reservation and visited on Saturday at 13:00. I've been to the previous restaurant several times, but this is my second time. It seems that both the counter and tables are fully booked. I ordered a highball and waited for the course to start. I couldn't bring my companion, so I started alone. Halfway through the meal, the manager fried up seasonal ingredients that weren't included in the course, making it a complete course for two people to enjoy. Thank you. For drinks, we chose the Saku → Takasago → Jikon → 100 Years of Solitude and Favorite Things series, and enjoyed Tempura prepared by the talented manager. First of all, the shrimp are sweet. Eggplant is delicious. Squid, scallops, pumpkin, shishito peppers, and conger eel are also good. Add whitebait fish, serpent caps, Shimonita green onion, and rape blossoms. The green part of the Shimonita green onion is amazing. A full course of seasonal ingredients such as smelt, Brussels sprouts, clams, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and northern ruby red potatoes are also fried. Wakasagi and wasabi salt go perfectly together. Carrot, delicious. I love shiitake mushrooms. I ordered Tencha tea as a finishing touch and finished my meal until dessert. Rather than a cancellation fee, I paid 23,000 yen for allowing me to fully enjoy the season. Even though I drank all that alcohol...I talked to the manager and the landlady who were frying the food, and I left in a good mood, promising to visit again.
