We offer many Local Cuisine from Shinshu and Nagano prefectures, which are blessed with nature. We are particular about using Shinshu-produced ingredients such as local chicken ``Golden Gamecock'', ``Shinshu Salmon'', traditional vegetables, and even seasonings. Our specialty is Shinshu Nikomi Kushi, which is made by adding our original blend of Shinshu miso every day and slowly simmering it. We also recommend adding Shinshu miso to Grilled skewer carefully grilled over authentic charcoal. There are many sakes that go well with the popular horse sashimi, so please have a drink after work.
