「炭火と酒と肴 七福八郎 東新宿本店」
都営大江戸線東新宿A2出口から徒歩３分の所に位置する『炭火と酒と肴 七福八郎 東新宿本店』。1階にあるお店は堂々と看板が出ているわけではないがアットホームな小料理屋のような居酒屋。
国籍を問わない創作料理と炭火焼料理、日本
酒と焼酎が愉しめるお店です。
店内はテーブル席の他、カウンターと奥には掘りごたつの席があります。
今回頂いたものは
・四川シビレ麻婆豆腐
・新鮮鶏の白レバー刺し
・せせり炭火焼き
・とりあえずパリパリピーマン
・鮪と柚子のなめろう仕立て etc...
・四川シビレ麻婆豆腐 スパイシーな香り漂う麻婆豆腐。こぼれるビジュアルには迫力があり、花椒をガツンと利かせ辛みとしびれが特徴的な味わい。
・新鮮鶏の白レバー刺し 口どけの良い食感の白レバーをまずは塩につけて、そのあとは隣に添えてある新鮮なミョウガとレモンと万能ねぎを自分の好みで頂けます。
めちゃくちゃ美味しい。絶品でした。
・せせり炭火焼き 香ばしい炭の香り。おそらくじっくりと焼いているのか、硬くなりがちなせせりがしっとりして柔らかい噛み応え。柚子胡椒とピンク岩塩を付けるとより肉の甘みが増します。
・とりあえずパリパリピーマン ピーマンは色もよく歯ごたえもぱりぱりと気持ちの良い咀嚼音。塩昆布との相性も良く箸が止まらない。
・鮪と柚子のなめろう仕立て マグロはたたきすぎておらず歯ごたえを残したぶつ切り。柚子の爽やかな風味が、魚の臭みを消して味噌と醤油、胡麻で混ぜ合わせた日本酒がすすむ逸品。
