First, go out of the south exit and head west to the large intersection (Nishi-Shinjuku 1-chome) 2. Continue straight. Pass some traffic lights along the Koshu Highway, cross the Nishi-Shinjuku intersection, turn right, and go left at the intersection south of the Diet Building. 3.
